Had a great experience getting 4 tires replaced on my car today. Owen and his staff were very professional and treated my car with care. Would highly recommend this DT location to anyone that needs any tire work done. It was definitely worth the drive from the University area.

I just moved down from NYC so needless to say I am using my vehicle way more than I was up North (no subways) here. I bought 4 tires from here and had a small issue. I got to tell you that the Manager named Anthony was super amazing. He rectified my issue immediately and made me feel safe. They are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot express just how happy I am with them and I recommend highly.

The staff was very polite. Now I was a walk in at about noon for a flat tire. The place was so busy that I didn't leave until almost 330. Now that being said I know I didn't have an appointment. Im not complaining g, I'm just stating what happened. Would I go there again. Yes! This time with an appointment if I could. The staff all seemed happy as well I noticed the manager walking around the garage area talking with the staff as they worked and was handing out Popsicles. Nice to see the workers being appreciated

Antonio (Assistant Manager) and Gavin were great. Very respectful and helpful. I had a flat and at first I was told it could not be fixed, but after talking to Antonio he took another look and was able to fix the flat. Saved me money today, but gained a customer.

I spoke with Nate- he confirmed they in deed had them and it would be $307 out the door- that’s everything included. That is better than my other place (they changed owners) so I was excited to go and save a little money. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting Nate and I told him I really need 3 tires- give me a price on that… He said $450. That was good so I told him I would get all three tires done. This is where things began to be miscommunicated (unbeknownst to me). He offered an alignment check. I asked if they do free alignments with tires and he said no. (I was thinking of it comes with the purchase of a full set of tires I would consider just getting all 4 tires). I commented that I could get them done at the dealership when I get an oil change and he mentioned it’s probably more expensive so as I stood there I called the dealership and he was correct- it was about $40 more so I said I would do an alignment with them today. My total was now $540. I paid. I waited. I get approac
